It's Time To Party

Ultimate Blog Party 2011

Hi everybody. I am so glad to have you visiting. My name is Erica and you may know me as the trusty assistant over at 5 Minutes for Mom.

I sure do love those girls. I have been so blessed to have had the joy of working with them.

So, I have three little ones...you can see them over there on my sidebar, although those pictures are a little old. Audrey is 7, Isaiah is 4 (5 in July) and Christian is 3. So yes, my days are always fun.

We thought we'd do a little dancing for you, because how can you party without shaking your groove thing?

Also while you are here, please indulge in some Lindt Truffles. I also have Sweet Tea and Pepsi in my fridge. I have a bit of a sweet tooth.

A little about me...let's see....when I am not busy working away, I can be found doing lots of homework. I am a Senior at Ashford University online getting a BA in Public Relations/Marketing. I am ALMOST done. I can't wait to get my degree.

I also like to make quilts and try to learn how to play my guitar. I also lead my daughter's Girl Scout Troop. Can I tell you that I am so happy that we are DONE with cookie sales?!?!?!

I love books by Nicholas Sparks and Torey Hayden. I love Beth Moore Bible studies. Oh and I love to sing.

How about you? What things do you like to do when you find yourself with some free time?

Thanks again for visiting. I am so glad that you stopped by. Leave a comment so that I can come visit your humble abode. Have a blessed day!

Congratulations on almost finishing your degree! That's quite an accomplishment. I love quilting too -- just finished one for my daughter's birthday. I have another one in the works, but the kids are clamoring for me to finish their scrapbooks, so I think I must shift focus to *that* woefully-behind project!

Hi from UBP! I love this time of the year. =)

I made a Christmas quilted tablerunner for my mom this past year - my first "real" attempt at quilting. It came out okay.
I do like to sew (which I'm all right at), but the pinning....ugh, it drives me crazy. Plus I like the portability of crocheting, so I generally stick to that when my hands are in need of crafting. (Hubby laughs at me and calls these my "old-lady" hobbies....as he goes metal detecting, wh/ everyone considers an "old man" hobby. Haha!)
I'm also a HUGE bookworm. And a computer nerd. I'm homeschooling my 5-year-old this year, and playing with my 2-year-old. It's exhausting, but it can be tons of fun!
Happy to meet you, and following you on Twitter!

Lindt truffles and sweet tea and Pepsi? OH MY! Very glad I stopped by. All are on my favorites list.

We're still gnawing on GS cookies here. The gluten-eaters are at least. I have to stay away this year. :(

I'm a quilt maker too, but it's been a couple years since my last blanket. I've been nagging myself to get back at it...I really need a new cover.

Well...very nice meeting you. Good luck with the homework and school. That's tough stuff!

Anyway, just wanted to say hi. http://billandria.blogspot.com/2011/04/ultimate-blog-party-with-5-minutes-for.html

Amen to the end of cookie sales. I was the Cookie Diva this year - doesn't that sound so much better than Cookie Mom. I shared duties with a Cookie Dad (Cookie Dude?). I love Beth Moore and have seen her live twice.

Hi there! I'm going down the UPB list (that I linked to) and here I am at your blog -- your kids are adorable! I plan on learning how to quilt one day. I'm saving all of my children's special clothing (the ones the hold memories for me) and would love to make one giant quilt from patches of them one day.

I'm your newest follower....and I'm so glad that I found the UBP. Wow, I'm overwhelmed at how many new bloggers I am going to meet :)

I LOVE your video of you and your little ones. I envision life like that when I have babies. I dance around the house like that with my dog and my hubs for now. :-) So fun!

I love to sing and I love to blog when I have down time. One day I will be brave enough to put my singing on my blog, but not anytime soon! ;-)

Hi, visiting from UBP11. The lists are so long but a wonderful way to find new blogs to follow. I find myself coming back to read more. I seem to follow more than blog lately. Finding time is my big challenge. I have a twitter account too and tweeting is my weakness.
